RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled if it has not been shipped yet, please contact me if cancellations need to be made.

Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering and double, triple check your shipping address before checking out. Feel free to Contact me if there are any problems with your order. Curoie is run by just 1 person and sometimes mistakes can happen, I am more than happy to fix an error made by me.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders (except sticker only orders) will be shipped with tracking.  

All orders will be processed within 1-3 days and dropped off at the post office on Tuesday or Thursday.  You may receive a tracking number early in the week but please keep an eye on the tracking to see when the post office receives the package.

USA orders may take anywhere between 2-5 days to ship once dropped off at the post office.

Canadian orders may take anywhere between 4-21 days to ship after processing.

Lastly all International orders may take anywhere between 5-24 days to ship after processing..

Please note that these are estimated times and unfortunately there are chances packages can be delayed.  Please wait up to 4 weeks after drop off date before contacting me about missing and packages. If packages are lost I will be happy to send a replacement (if stock is available).  If your tracking information says your package is delivered then I will not send a replacement. Please try to resolve this with your local post office before contacting me as I have no control once packages are dropped off at the post office.

I will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/etc get charged based on your countries rules and regulations.

PRE-ORDERS

If you purchase a pre-order pin, please read the item description for an approximate date they will be shipped. If there are delays, all customers will be notified.
